All Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of Delivery.
Eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. The items must be in sellable condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

- Accessories
- Any product with a broken seal or tampered packaging.
