Each order is prepared with care and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed
Once your order is shipped, these are the expected delivery timelines across India:
- Metro and Tier 1 Cities: within 2–4 business days, often sooner
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days, depending on distance
- Remote/ North East/ J&K: 5-8 business days — but always worth the wait
Orders above ₹999 enjoy complimentary shipping. For orders below this amount, a standard fee of ₹49 applies
A shipping confirmation, including delivery information and a tracking link, will be sent once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order by logging into your mysae account
Payments can be made via all major credit & debit cards, UPI, wallets, and Cash on Delivery. Please note that a nominal fee of ₹49 applies to COD orders
Orders can be cancelled up to the point of dispatch. Once shipped, orders can be returned as per our return policy.
