• All Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of Delivery.
• Eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. The items must be in sellable condition.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

- Shapewears
- Accessories
- Any product with a broken seal or tampered packaging.

• While we do not provide cash refunds, we’re happy to offer store credit so you can choose a piece that’s perfect for you.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. In case the requested size is unavailable, we will use store credit.
