At Mysaé, we want you to feel completely comfortable with every purchase. While we don’t offer cash refunds, we’re happy to provide store credit so you can find the perfect piece that truly feels like you.

Terms

• Return requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery.
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
  Underwears, shapewears, accessories, and other hygiene-sensitive products are final sale.
• COD and Other charges: Cash on Delivery, Discount codes, and other applicable charges are non-refundable
• Items purchased during any special events like Buy 1 Get 1 (B1G1), Buy 2 Get 1 (B2G1), or items bought at a discount of 50% or more, will not be eligible for returns.
• Pickup Attempts: A maximum of 3 pickup attempts will be made within 24–48 hours of your return/exchange request. Please ensure availability to avoid delays.
