At Mysaé, your comfort comes first. If your bra or top doesn’t fit just right, don’t worry—we’ll help you find your perfect size with a simple, hassle-free exchange process.

Terms

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
    Underwears, shapewears, accessories, and other hygiene-sensitive products are final sale.
  • Availability: Exchange is subject to stock availability. In case the requested size is
    unavailable, we will issue store credit.
  • Fees: We offer a one-time free size/product exchange per order. For the second exchange on the same order, a fee of INR 99 is applicable
  • Pickup Attempts: A maximum of 3 pickup attempts will be made within 24–48 hours of your return/exchange request. Please ensure availability to avoid delays.
